CS 450 Symposium I - Project Management Emphasis 30 credit hours

COURSE OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

1) Provide an overview of information technology project management.
2) Present the opportunity for student research and inquiry within the subject area.
3) Allow for the presentation and discussion of student research. 

COURSE CONTENT: This course is integrates the learning experience into a cumulative project from the perspective of information technology project management. This course requires the completion of significant research and presentation of findings. 

COURSE ACTIVITIES: In order to use our time wisely within the term, adherence to the following completion schedule of activities is suggested:

COURSE PREREQUISITE: A bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement for admission to this course of study. 

COURSE DELIVERY: This course shall be delivered completely through online interaction via the Internet or other acceptable distance learning medium(s). Due to this being a non-traditional program, traditional classroom residency is not required. Therefore, you are expected to independently read and analyze the subject matter with me performing the roles of an advisor and mentor.
